1 on 1 Personal Training

Mark and Marea Lennon started at Vision Caringbah in May 2004 very unfit and overweight, as a result of working hard and raising 4 children. Since then they have lost a combined weight of almost 50kg and recently ran the 11km Sutherland to Surf—something they never thought possible.
