“Exercise went from being a struggle to being the best part of the day.”
I made a conscious decision that I was going to succeed. I knew
I had to do something. I was starting to feel unhealthy. For the 9
weeks of the 'Fit your Favourite Jeans Weight Loss Challenge' I was
dedicated 24/7. The food diary was great for keeping me accountable
for everything I ate and I also kept a record of all the exercise I
did. I set the goal of a minimum of 1 hour of exercise a day (no
excuses).
I was motivated but Luke gave me the structure and guidance I
needed. After 9 weeks I can honestly say all the sacrifices were
worth it: no alcohol, no cheese, no bread; all the things I enjoyed
I went without. Exercise went from being a struggle to being a part
of the day I looked forward to. I am wearing jeans I haven't worn
for years.
