Life is all about being accountable to yourself and others. As a father of 3 young children, I see myself as their mentor and role model. Vision has enabled me to take control of being accountable of my actions and health.

Before joining Vision and losing 27kg, I certainly didn’t understand the meaning of being accountable, until people such as Vision assess your own issues and hurdles. Exercise to many seems like a chore and Vision takes this stigma away. Eating, exercising and staying healthy is now not only a part of my life but more importantly a way of life.
