Success Story

Nicole started her journey in Feb 09 and had her eyes on losing 15kg by her 30th birthday. Nicole not only achieved this but went on to lose 9kg in our 9 week weight loss challenge. Today Nicole has lost over 25 kg and halved her Body Fat %. Nicole is a successful manager, mother of 2 and loving wife with a very busy lifestyle but Nicole can always find time for her exercise and her nutrition through her weekly planning. Nicole has gone on to help her husband, both mother and father in law and sister in law to achieve their desired bodies up here at Vision Bangor. What an inspiration!!!!
