Success Story

"A long time ago there was a women who was healthy, fit and full of life. Somewhere, between getting married and having children, she lost that. Here is her story of regaining her life and becoming in control again. Since the day I have joined vision it has been a jouney of self discovery, joy and pain.

I knew it would be hard work. Would i be able to push myself to those limits of will powerand sheer determination to get the results that i craved. I was aware that my reality must replace sentiment and daydreaming so that i could turn my life into a personal triumph. I decided to give it my all and do the best i could.

What was the point of doing it half-heartedly when it would only let my trainers and myself down.Before i met my trainer John, i was only living half a life. i was the one behind the camera, not in front of it. Ok so am outgoing, smart and amusing but i so wanted to believe that none of that changed depending on your size, but how wrong i was. It does change. You get a confidence that you thought you always had but all of a sudden, there is less of me but more for everyone else.

Is that because i like who i qam know? I always heard, "your to pretty to be overweight" or "she's curvey and voluptuous", almost like a counter offer.Since starting with vision i have lost over 20kg, changed my body shape and regained a massive amount of energy. My trainers have taught me how, what and when to eat and shown me that exercise is just as important as brushing your teeth.I feel and look younger and could have never done it without my trainersconfidence and praise.

Staring with Vision has been a journey of discovering who i was, who i am and who i want to be. I am so proud to say i have found her. Trudi.A person who can do anything she puts her mind to. Bring on the future.....!!!!!"
