Success Story

Over the last eight years, I had tried everything and anything to lose my weight. All that seemed to achieve was continued weight gain and demotivation. Having blown out to over 136 kilos, unhappy with my health and fitness and being told by my doctor that I had high sugar levels at 10.4, cholesterol of 6.9 and blood pressure at 153/93, I came across the new opening of Vision Blakehurst on my way home one day. In my mind this was to be my last attempt at regaining my health and happiness.

My first meeting with Shane Mercer is where it all began, and 10 weeks later I have not looked back. I have really found a system that works and one that I enjoy. With the guidance of Shane and the Vision Program, the improvement in my eating habits and my continual exercise program, I have currently lost 14 kilos of weight, over 25cms in girth and my doctor is astounded of my recent results (sugar levels at 5.7, cholesterol of 4.3 and blood pressure at 119/67). Even though I still have a long way to go, I feel great, look great and most importantly I am becoming fit and healthier. My family and friends, especially my wife and son are really proud of my weight loss achievements.
