Joining Vision was the hardest part of my weight loss journey. I'd been contemplating it for months and kept finding excuses not to do it. The turning point for me was finding out that I was heavier than my husband - that was the motivation I needed. The hard part was over - once I got in to Vision, it was all up hill. My trainer Steph has been my rock. She educated me about my nutrition, which I will take away with me forever. She made me believe that I could win the weight loss challenge because she truly believed I could.
