Start Weight: 83kg Current Weight: 70kg Total lost: 13kg It all began a few short months ago when my husband gave me a Vision personal training voucher for my birthday. Well I have to say, I was speechless . I knew had put on a few kilos after the birth of my baby but this was his polite way of saying you need to do something.  So I met with Ben Simpson at Vision Gladesville and have not looked back. Ben have me a clear understanding of how I could achieve my goals and how important a nutrition plan played in losing weight. What I really liked is the one-on-one relationship I have with my trainer who supports, guides and motivates me throughout our sessions.  I had tried other gyms in the past and hated the crowds and waiting for my turn using the equipment.  At Vision Gladesville I am in a friendly uncrowded gym and don’t feel pressured or embarrassed. I am very proud of my achievements so far, I feel great, look great, am healthier than I have ever been, and most importantly I can keep up with my 5 year old! It has made exercise and gym workouts fun and the way it should be! I would like to thank Ben Simpson and his team for their endless support. Every session is enjoyable and I finish my workouts with a real sense of motivation and achievement. I am now in the best shape of my life and I would recommend Vision Gladesville to anyone. Angela
