Success Story

At an annual checkup my Doctor pointed out I had slipped into an unhealthy weight range and now was the time to do something about it!  BC (before children) I had been fit but now I couldn’t imagine where I would find the time or enthusiasm to exercise. Then Vision Personal Training opened in Lindfield near my favourite coffee shop, Ciao Down, and I had no excuse. I met Chris, Mick and the team and joined up.  I am not a gym enthusiast so simply focussed on showing up for my sessions and implementing small changes to what I ate, one week at a time.  Six weeks in, I couldn’t believe how much more energy I had in my day to day activities. I didn’t suddenly turn into a gym junkie, Vision Lindfield had to fit into a busy schedule of job, kids, school and family.  It was a slow but consistent progression every month – moving in the right direction. Six months later I went back to my Doctor having lost 14 kilos (from size 16 to size 8), with lower blood pressure and being fitter than I have ever been in my life!

 

Describing Vision Lindfield as just a Personal Training studio doesn’t do justice to why I think Vision is different. I have introduced a number of friends ranging from fitness fanatics to stressed-out sloths like me, and every single one has got the results they wanted with Vision Lindfield. Why? The initial attraction is the convenient location and half hour training times that fit into busy schedules.  Early results are driven by the Vision program that address both exercise and nutrition – I had to learn to eat more and stop skipping breakfast!  Lasting results are driven by the professionalism and personal support of the Vision team.  Pop into the studio and you will see what I mean, for example you might see a surfboard sitting in the corner, a personal reminder to one client who’s goal is to get back on that surfboard. Eighteen months later I am still working out with Vision – with my only regret that I had waited so long before I made the commitment to feel this fit and fantastic!

Directions

The studio is located on The Pacific Highway between Balfour Street and Bent Street. If you are coming from Lindfield train station, go to The Pacific Highway exit and cross at the lights, turn right and travel approximately 150m.

Accessibility

There is 1/2 hour parking on The Pacific Highway directly in front of the studio. Both Balfour and Bent St have full day, 1hr and 1/2hr parking.
