Success Story

Zoe SMITH -Prior to joining Vision Australia at Bundall, I had followed what I thought was a very healthy diet.  I also had been attending a gym 4-5 times per week with a personal trainer once a week for the past 18 months but I was not receiving the results I wanted.  When I had the opportunity to listen to the Vision team talk on what results could be achieved by joining, and the program offered, I decided to give it a go. I have now been attending Vision for the past 6 weeks. During that time, I have lost 6 kilos-one kilo per week basically and have found that my body shape is changing to the shape that I want. I am losing the weight in places where I needed to lose it most.  I have found the support from my personal trainer Lee,  plus the rest of the Vision team absolutely fantastic. I am actually only 1.7 kilos off achieving my goal weight. The enthusiasm and encouragement from not only the team from Vision but the participants in the program is amazing. I am looking forward to reaching my goal prior to the time-frame that was initially given. The best part about the program is that I am eating more than I have ever eaten and look forward to my 6 meals a day with relish. Prior to joining, I would never have thought that one could eat so much and lose weight. I absolutely love the training sessions and the extra sessions that are offered are such great fun. Even had success in getting my husband along to some of these sessions-and of course the family dog!!! Vision is a family orientated organisation and I thank the Team at Vision for the great support, enthusiasm and assistance along with the fun times that you offer
