9 weeks ago I walked in for my first training session with Damian.  I weighed in at 92.5 kilos and feeling pretty lousy about my appearance and how I felt.  Damian put me thru some tests and asked numerous questions in order to analyse my body type.  Once, he established that, he set out a personalised nutrition and exercise plan for me which was monitored and revised throughout my training with him.  This along with the Nutrition seminars and Shopping Tours (they take you to Woolworths and show you what to buy and how to read the labels etc.) is something I have never experience with a personal trainer before and I have had many over the years.

The one-on-one training which Damo pushed me to the limits every time (he wasn’t able to make me cry though), I was encouraged and did attend many of the group sessions including X-training, boxing and run clubs.  I found myself enjoying them all and looking forward to going to the next session and it was great to train with the other trainees and here the successes they were having.

And then there were the little things like when you walked into the gym and all the trainers new you by name or like when I’m in the gym training by myself you would here “go John” from one of the trainers as they walked by.

In summary, I think Damian and Paddy at Vision PT have one of the most professional businesses that I have had the pleasure to deal with.  Together with their team are very helpful, friendly and make you feel like you are part of a family.  I have no hesitation in highly recommend anybody to Vision.  Well done guys!!!

P.S. In 9 weeks the Vision Team succeeded in helping me reach my goal of losing 15 kilos.  I weighed in at 77.25 kilos and look and feel fantastic.  I can’t thank you enough, you’ve changed my life!
