Something had to be done about my weight. I went to the Vision PT website and made an enquiry. This was the best thing that I could have done. I found out how Vision would work for me and realised that this was exactly what I needed. I was booked in for a Goal session with a trainer and we set our plan into action!It soon became apparent to me that it was not all about the exercise. I have been educated about good nutrition. This proved to be the reason why I was so successful with my weight loss. I learnt all about the best types of food to eat and also the best times to eat them. I attended nutrition workshops and even a supermarket shopping tour. This along with access to the Club Vision website helped me fully understand my nutritional needs. I lost 20kg in nine weeks and not once did I feel hungry or tired. Vision have not only changed my life but have helped save it.
