Reduce inflammation and improve fat loss*

One of the quickest ways to lose body fat and improve your health, is to lower inflammation. Many of you will not be able to notice acute / chronic inflammation, however many of you will suffer from issues such as skin disorders (such as psoriasis and eczema), bloating, IBS, poor memory, painful joints, aches, pains, asthma, sinus problems and many more.

These are all signs of inflammation in the body. Inflammation is part of your bodies immune response. So if you have any signs of inflammation, you can bet your immune system will be suppressed. Your body will not support you in your goal to lose body fat if you're inflamed and if your immune system is not functioning optimally.

Here are some of the best ways to reduce inflammation

1) Increase your intake of omega 3 fats from fish or fish oil supplements - EPA and DHA.

2) Lowering your intake of sugary foods.

3) Adding in ginger and turmeric (curcumin) to your diet, is very helpful in lowering inflammation.

Rich sugary diets (cakes, sandwiches, alcohol, cakes and sweets), low protein intake, poor water intake, low levels of exercise and smoking all increase inflammation. If all you do is make these few tweaks to your diet, you will increase your ability to lose body fat very quickly. You'll also see many of the symptoms listed above, reduce or even disappear
