If you are having trouble getting rid of those last few troublesome kilos then try these 5 tips to really burn through the last of your fat and get your beach body happening. I know these tips work because I use them myself and they have gotten me into bodybuilding competition shape numerous times!
1) Performing low to moderate cardio on an empty stomach for 45 mins five times a week. This is most effective first thing in the morning before breakfast.
2) No processed foods at all, this will make it harder to to lose fat. Stick to whole, natural foods that are full of nutrients that the body needs.
3) Don't be afraid to consume those good fats, if you're finding it hard. Use fish oil or even flaxseed oil over your foods ( great taste too ) Good fats can actually help you burn body fat!
4) When doing weights, do every set until fail. Don't just do 10 or 12. Do until fail. Remember muscles don't count reps.
