Studio Facilities

At Vision Personal Training we offer a range of specific strength and cardio equipment that will maximise your exercise program. We have small, friendly Studios where everyone knows your name. You'll exercise in an uncrowded, friendly and comfortable environment with a relaxed atmosphere.

Your Trainer will show you how to use the equipment to ensure you are exercising safely and comfortably whilst training for maximum results.

Results Rooms

We know that each Client has individual needs and goals. Hence, your privacy is of upmost importance to us. Our designated Results Rooms where we conduct Individual Goal Setting and Nutrition Sessions ensure that we can give you the individual attention that you deserve.

Cardio Equipment

Each Vision Studio contains and wide range of Cardio Equipment including Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Rowers, Stationary and Spin Bikes. As a Clients, you may use the equipment in your own time before and after your sessions and on other days. Our uncrowded Studio environment and on hand Personal Trainers will ensure that you receive the most from each workout.

Stretching Area

Each Vision Studio contains a designated area where you can stretch and relax before and after your sessions. Each Trainer will guide you to ensure that you maintain your flexibility and suppleness at all times.

Resistance Training Equipment

Each Vision Studio contains a combination of machine, free weights and functional machines to suit all levels of fitness, strength and abilities. Utlisation the resources of our Masters Degree qualified research team means that we only use the most effective resistance training equipment to achieve your goals.

Showers and Change Rooms

Clean and up-to-date facilities, with lockers are provided free of charge for your convenience. You can do your session before work, at lunch time or on your way out knowing you can freshen up before you go.

Group Training

Each Vision Studio provides a wide range of Group Training Sessions that cater for all fitness levels. We have something for everyone. Our Walk Club, Boxing, Revive, Bottom Line, Strength are low impact sessions and suitable for all levels of fitness. Our Burner, Extreme Marines, X-Train and Run Club are more challenging and higher in impact.
