  • whole egg x 1
  • Kale Fresh Raw 50g
  • Aldi Remano Australian Crushed Tomatoes 50g
  • Mushrooms Button fresh raw 75g
  • Aldi Brannans Beef Sausages Herb and Garlic 75g
  • Capsicum Green fresh raw edible portion only 50g

Method
  1. Boil egg to hard boil and then leave to one side
  2. Grill sausage to cook through then leave to one side
  3. Heat a large pan and spray with oil then add chopped mushrooms and capsicum
  4. Add tomatoes then chop sausage into chunks and add to pan
  5. Steam kale and then serve kale on a plate with sliced boiled egg
  6. Add tomato sauce and season to taste
