great spicy meal low in carbohydrate and easy to make. This recipe is great as you can freeze left overs - and due to high content of fibre, it will keep you full for the whole night!

Ingredients (1 servings)
  • Mince Ground Lean Beef 125g
  • Onion Brown raw 25g
  • Garlic fresh raw 0.75g
  • Chilli Red fresh raw 1/4 pod
  • Masterfoods Oregano Leaves shaker jar 2.5g
  • Tomato Canned drained 106 g
  • Beans Kidney Red can drained average all brands 37.5g

Method
  1. Fry onion and garlic until soft and add beef.
  2. Once beef is brown stir in remaining ingredients except beans.
  3. Break up tomatoes.
  4. Heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  5. Stir in beans, heat to boil and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
