Raw Bliss Balls

Super tasty little bites for a sweet craving!

Ingredients (25 servings)
  • 75g almonds
  • 100g pitted dates
  • 20g desiccated coconut (save some for rolling)
  • 10g Vision Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 20g black chia seeds
  • 30g goji berries
  • 20ml water

Method
  1. Blitz almonds until they resemble fine crumbs, then add all other ingredients except the water and process until all crumbly.
  2. Add water and pulse until it all comes together.
  3. Roll into balls and roll in coconut and pop into fridge to set for half an hour.
  4. You can also roll into a log or shape of your choice if you wanted to turn it into a cake.
  5. You can also mix it up and add sunflower seeds, or other seeds/berries of choice.
