6.5kg and 10% body fat loss*



As I was approaching 40, my weight was creeping up. I had tried gym membership and fitness classes coupled with  healthy eating regimes but only with little success. When a friend enthusiastically recommended Vision Personal Training, I wasn't optimistic it would be any different, but I was looking for a change so I gave it a go.

Two months after following the Vision Program, together with motivational encouragement and support from my trainer, I had dropped 10% body fat and almost 10% of my body weight. Four months after starting I was back to the size and weight that I was in my early twenties!

Nine months on and I'm still loving it, my goals are now more creative, 15 one legged squats on the bosu, and fun; my long term goal is to participate in a race of some description every two months.
