When I started at Vision Personal Training about 3 months ago I was almost 15kgs heavier, extremely unfit and un motivated. 3 months down the track I am not only hitting my weight loss goals but am feeling fitter and stronger.

My Trainer has not only helped me lose weight but has educated me on the correct nutrition for my body to reach my weight loss goals. I never realized how much I could eat and still lose weight.

Vision Personal Training Bangor has a great vibe about it, all the Trainers are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I now enjoy going to the Studio and exercising, which is not something I would have said only 3 months ago.
