I began my Vision Personal Training journey in July 2012 at
80.7kg, where I had lost 10kg.
In 2013 I fell pregnant and during my pregnancy, I suffered from gestational diabetes and High blood pressure.
When I returned after having my baby, I was on a mission, to not
only lose the weight and get down to my goal of 53kg, but to be
free of gestational diabetes and high blood pressure and the
medications that came with it.
Since then, I have consistently stuck to my exercise and nutrition program and have achieved amazing results. I have now lost a total of 27.1kg since beginning my Vision Personal Training journey.
Before I came to Vision, I was always tired, had no energy, was unfit, unmotivated, and would hide my weight in clothes. Now, I have a lot more energy, am fit, and have a better quality diet and lifestyle!
