My journey with Vision Personal Training began mid November 2015. I had just come out the end of 6 very stressful and life changing years that saw me hit my heaviest weight of 85Kg, and on daily medication for depression. I had never struggled with my weight until this period in my life and knew that if I didn't do something about it now, I'd see in the New Year at least another 5kg heavier. I had two friends that were achieving great results through Vision and thought I'd give it a go as I needed to be made accountable to someone with both my exercise and food.

Turning up for my initial consultation was one of the hardest things I'd done in a long while. I was at my lowest point in terms of self-confidence and was seriously having second thoughts, as it just seemed too hard and very scary. Once I started though, the physical, emotional and mental benefits soon came. Through the constant support and encouragement of my Trainer, I soon started to change my eating habits and look forward to my weekly Personal Training sessions. I saw my body transform into a slimmer, more toned and fitter version of itself. My journey has been a slow, yet steady one, but I'm so happy with the results. I'm now proud to look in the mirror, and am proud of what I've achieved.
