When I joined Vision I had felt horrible about myself for a long time. I wasn't taking care of myself and I felt uncomfortable about my body. As soon as I starting training at Vision I learnt how to properly fuel my body and noticed the change not only in how I looked but how I felt about myself. Seeing the changes in myself has been the biggest motivation to keep going. I have learnt so much about what I should be eating and how I should be training. Thank you to the whole team for keeping me motivated and on track to my weight loss goals.
