I was doing some strength training on my own and also trying to lose weight. I'd hit a wall and didn't know how to proceed. A friend who was a member of Vision and doing well suggested I try it. I'm so glad I did. I find the program focused and holistic in that there is equal concentration on diet and exercise leading to lifestyle changes. I decide my own goals. They are achieved with a combination of my personal trainer support and by me keeping a food diary and attending Group Exercise sessions. I have increased my strength a lot and gradually and consistently lost weight.
