When I joined Vision Personal Training Baulkham Hills in Feb 2014, I was the heaviest I'd been since pregnant with my children.

The education offered here by the team, particularly around nutrition, has been instrumental in my success. I found the food diary invaluable. Having a visual record of what I was eating made it so much easier to stay on track. I felt incredibly welcomed from day 1 and feel I have made some amazing new friends, not only among the team, but other clients as well.

I would especially like to thank my Trainer who has believed in me from the start. Who has provided me with amazing support and a kick up the backside when needed.

At the start of this venture I would never have conceived it possible that I would partake in a running event, let alone enjoy it. I could barely run 50m, now I have completed a half marathon!! This means more to me than the weight loss, as it proves I am capable of a lot more than I realise. Anything in fact!!
