I have always eaten pretty well and been active, so when I joined Vision Personal Training Bondi Junction in October 2015 I wasn't particularly overweight or out of shape, but I was definitely stuck in a rut. I was eating healthily, playing Gaelic Football 2-3 times a week and running regularly but my shape wasn't changing, I wasn't seeing any progress and so I decided I needed guidance from the people in the know.
The first day I stepped into the Vision Personal Training Studio and met the fantastic team, I felt excited and motivated to make the changes and see the results. The nutrition seminars and shopping tours are a brilliant way to kick off the program and meant that I was armed with the knowledge and confidence to put me on track to achieving my goal. Joining a new gym and embarking upon a new nutritional approach can be daunting but with the Vision app and the consistent help and support of my Personal Trainers, I never felt overwhelmed or confused, all the answers were only a click away!
I have suffered several niggling injuries over the past year due to underlying issues but my program has been simply and effectively tailored to my needs so that I have continued to heal, make progress and build strength. I have reached numerous personal goals since joining Vision Personal Training, aside from losing weight, losing body fat and building muscle, I am delighted to say that I completed my fourth half-marathon in May of this year and shaved a whopping 6 minutes off my previous time!! This is all thanks to the fantastic program and support from Chris and all of his Vision team! I've become a huge fan of the boxing and cross training classes thanks to the friendly, inclusive nature of each and every trainer and client alike! I cannot recommend the Team at Vision Personal Training Bondi Junction highly enough!
