Four tips to get the most out of Group Training*

Exercising in a big group can sometimes be scary and intimidating, but at Vision Personal Training this couldn't be further from the truth. At Vision we provide small, friendly Studios where everyone knows your name.

Below are a few tips and tricks to make sure you get the most out of the Group Training sessions on offer.

1. Explore the options
Find out exactly which Group Training sessions work for you. We offer both high and low impact sessions. We have all levels of fitness catered for as well as all levels of experience. The sessions run for either 30 minutes or 60 minutes and are designed to get the most out of you whilst maintaining a level of fun.

2. Find yourself an 'accountability buddy'
Training is always more fun when you have someone to do it with. Plan your sessions with family or friends so you can help motivate each other. The Group Training sessions also help you meet other members of the gym, so as to further expand your positive circle of influence.

3. Make it a regular occurrence
Add the classes you love to your training diary in Vision Virtual Training. This will help you achieve your hard cardio goal for the week. Remember the only work out you regret is the one you didn't do.

4. Do it on an empty stomach
Lastly, research has shown that exercising on an empty stomach increases the body's ability to burn fat. In fact, if you wait 2 hours after a meal the body automatically uses fat as its number one fuel source.
