I started at Vision Personal Training Bondi Junction back in 2009 when my sister was a member and I was attended walk group to see what Vision was about. When I started I weighed 72kg, the heaviest I have ever been. I have now lost 9kg and have maintained my weight for 6 years! I was already going to the gym 2-3 times a week but was not seeing results. I was eating healthy, or at least thought that I was eating healthy. Vision taught me about portion sizes and regular balanced meals. I have had some great trainers over the years, with all of them being supportive and encouraging. With the support of the trainers I ran a half marathon and raised over $5000 for the Breast Cancer Network. The atmosphere at Vision is unlike bigger gyms where you just seem to be another face in the crowd. All the trainers know who you are and know your name and clients come from all age groups and fitness backgrounds, which makes you feel more comfortable.
