"The woman on the left is not the woman I am today"*



The woman on the left is not the woman I am today. That woman was suffering with constant back and hip pain, she didn't feel confident to wear the clothes she loved in shop windows, and she certainly didn't like what she saw every day she looked in the mirror. The couple of years up to that date, she had experienced a combination of factors that led to emotional and mindless eating and drinking which in turn, resulted in her gaining nearly 20 kilos. Simply put, that woman on the left was not very happy in herself. Now, the woman on the right, hi, that's me! It may sound extreme, but I genuinely feel like a totally different person now. I look back and can't understand how I managed to spiral so far. But, I did, and thanks to Vision, specifically my life-changing trainer Chris Enahoro, I have pulled myself out of that downward spiral and made a number of changes in my life that have made me a much happier, confident, and more energised person - the person I remember from before I allowed myself to make continuous poor choices. This isn't just something that I feel either, the people closest to me have also already seen a noticeable difference not only in how I look, but how I show up every day, better poised and cheerful. The best part is, I'm not at the end of my weight loss journey yet and I'm so looking forward to when I reach my final goal. That woman on the left wouldn't have been able to say that with the total confidence I have now. The part that you wouldn't expect is that it wasn't that hard and the results were immediate. For me, the way Vision makes it so easy to see exactly what I need to do to reach my goals, it takes the hard part of planning out what I need to do each week and I know that if I simply stick to it, the weight comes off. Without Vision, I tend to get overwhelmed by the large number of kilos I want to lose. Chris helps me constantly look at it in smaller goals which makes it so much more manageable for me to digest (pun intended) and it keeps me motivated by seeing progress every week. The next goal for me is another 6kgs and then maintaining that weight so that the woman on the left is ancient history. Thank you, Chris, and all the Bondi Junction trainers who have been so supportive and energised to keep me, and many others on track to enjoy happier, fuller lives.
