I have lost over 10kg at Vision Personal Training Bondi Junction. I think the key benefits I have got from the experience are:
• A more scientific analytical assessment of what I needed to do to reach my goals (i.e. break up of different exercise types and food intake);
• The Vision app which allowed me to get into my exercise routine and more importantly my eating and drinking habits;
• I found that if I did the app for a few weeks that was enough to get my routine right and then if for example I went on holiday I do it again for a few weeks to get back on track;
• Vision's regular monitoring of what I am doing and ongoing support and motivation are equally important;
• I find the short one on one sessions very easy to fit into my weekly calendar and the benefits from the outcomes speak for themselves;
• The Group Burner sessions are a great high intensity session;
• Finally the general atmosphere at the Studio is relaxed and friendly. If I have had to have sessions with other Trainers for one reason or another the change is seamless and everyone is motivated to help me achieve my goals.
