About The Owner - James Nearchou

I have a deep passion for transforming people’s lives and seeing the emotional and physical changes one can make when they put their mind to it. I have now been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 7 years beginning my journey as a trainer here at the Brighton Studio to now leading a team of 8-10 trainers as the owner. Having a young family myself, I know how important keeping fit and active is for the general population but how hard it can be to get started. Together with my team of dedicated trainers we have transformed thousands of lives in the local community and look to continue helping the people of Bayside in their quest for a healthier and happier life. “If you talk about it, it’s a dream, if you envision it, it’s possible, but if you schedule it, it’s real.”
