About The Owner - Stuart Smithies

I've been involved in the Health and Fitness industry since 2005. My journey first started in England whilst studying for a National Diploma in Sports Science and training the sports teams at my College. I then went on to study a Bachelor in Sports Science and graduated with honours. It was during this time that I developed a passion for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. After University, I settled in Australia and wanted to find a Company that had the same values as I did - I found Vision Personal Training. Owning a Vision Studio is such a rewarding experience and it is great to help so many people achieve their goals. We have so many great Client results, it is hard to pick a couple to talk about. Whether your goal is to lose 5kg or 50kg, we can help. Whether it is to run 1km or 50km, we can help. My goal is to continue to help as many people as possible whilst making sure that I am a good role model for my wife and daughter.
