I joined Vision because I was unhealthy, unfit and unmotivated. I wanted to change my lifestyle and be a good example to my 2 boys. I needed to be shown the right direction and had seen people getting fantastic results from Vision Personal Training. By following the advice of my Trainer, on nutrition and exercise I have lost over 45kg and I am getting fitter and healthier each week. My Trainer Todd has done a great job keeping me on track and for being accountable with my daily food plan. He encourages me to try and do things I never thought I could, last year I ran my first half marathon. I love the friendly and positive attitude from all the Trainers which helps keep me motivated. The studio has such a great vibe with everyone welcomes you each time you walk in. It is such a great place to train. I couldn't be happier with my results so far and I look forward to seeing what I can achieve in the future. Thanks Vision!!
