When I first joined Vision Personal Training in 2011 I had previously tried everything Tony Ferguson, lemon diets, tea diets, gyms etc but nothing worked for me.
When my first child was 2 1/2 I decided to give Vision a crack and haven't looked back. I managed to lose over 20kgs with my first child and after just having my second child I have lost another 18kgs.
I love that they focus on my food and hold me accountable every week. Being a mother and working full time I now realise it's important to take time out for myself.
