I thought I ate pretty well, apart from the occasional carb blow-out, but I knew if I was serious about losing weight I would have to give up my 4-5 glasses of wine I was having a week. That and the cheese that went with it!
The support I received from everyone at Vision Personal Training Bundall and especially my Personal Trainers, made it a really enjoyable experience. I learnt so much about nutrition and what foods which seemed ok, really weren't. I also learnt to love training as I was seeing fantastic results. I learnt to ride a push bike for the first time in my life and also discovered that I love boxing!
My goal was to lose 10kg in 18 weeks, before I went to Europe . I achieved this in 14 weeks and couldn't be happier!
It is so hard to achieve results unless you are accountable to not only yourself, but someone else. When you have 2 Personal Training Sessions a week you are constantly being encouraged by not only your Trainer, but all the other Trainers at Vision as well. They love to share in your success and that is unbelievably motivating. I always feel so guilty when they ring the bell and all the Trainers do push-ups, but boy, does it put a smile on your face.
