I had previously joined a gym back in the early 90's, I really enjoyed getting fit but never lost any weight while doing 4-5 hours training a week. No one spoke to me at the gym and it was quite lonely working out in a room full of people. So after years of saying to myself that I could lose weight and get fit by myself, I realised at 56 I was the heaviest I'd ever been. My blood pressure was up, I was getting bad indigestion and my thyroid was slightly under active - I knew it was time to do something or I'd end up on medication that I didn't want to take. I was eating two meals a day and couldn't understand why I wasn't losing weight. I joined Vision Personal Training, started filling out my food diary, increased my intake of food, started my PT sessions and did a few group classes. WOW - I lost weight but I was eating more. The positive and friendly team at Vision made it all so easy, the friendliness and knowledge of Damo, the trainers and the other clients helped to make this a lifestyle change which I know I can maintain. I went back to the doctor 4 months later - my blood pressure was normal and he didn't want me to take anything for my thyroid. And no more indigestion.

Thank you Damo, Willis and the team - you have helped me change my life…. And I've made some great new friends.
