I started at Vision when I realized I had let myself get 20 kilos overweight. I blamed my busy life, no time to exercise, no time to meal prep etc. I'd skip breakfast, live on coffee, grab something fast to eat when I was starving -usually a pie or something I wouldn't dream about eating now. I justified my bad choices because I wasn't eating much through the day, so didn't think it would make a difference. I soon realized I did have time to exercise if I got up earlier and actually cared about what I was putting into my body. Vision taught me to eat more frequently, which was hard at first, but surprised me when weight started dropping off. This year I made a commitment to get to my goal weight, so kicked it off with "Dry February" and the 9 week weight lost challenge. I have also started running and signed up to do the 10km Gold Coast Marathon. Thank you to my trainer Dylan & the team at Vision for helping me achieve my goals!
