All of my life I thought that the most important factor to looking great was exercise and the more you did the better your result would be. When I started at Vision my trainer focused massively on nutrition and with the help of the vision app I was able to keep tally of my food and the times I was eating. I have been trying to get abs after years of doing countless amount of sit ups and after 9 weeks of being at Vision I achieved this goal of mine without doing one sit up! I Obtained great knowledge from my trainer and totally showed me different approach to my health and training, I trained harder but spent a lot less time in the gym, I went from training 4 one hour sessions to only two half hour and I achieved much better results . I still stick to the same methods of training taught by Vision and follow the same nutrition plan and it is still working. The knowledge I obtained training with trainer and Vision family has been invaluable.
