Lost 6kg & Personal Best 10K Run*


Since I arrived in Australia, my food habits really changed and this had a negative effect on my health and physical condition. I needed to change and that's why I decided to join in Vision Personal Training Camberwell. My initial goals were to lose weight and improve my running. I have run a number events in my native Columbia but I really wanted to run a half marathon so I felt that I needed guidance with my training and to lose the extra weight I was carrying.

I now really understand how my body works and that my weight is influenced by 70% of the food I eat and 30% on exercise. My body began to change shape by losing 6kgs, I have increased my muscle definition and strength and with that that my confidence has increased. Every day Leigh helps me not to lose sight of my goals and challenges my body in any exercise that she shows me. This is the first time in my life that I can say I am impressed with my results because I feel healthy and fit. Also, I feel really excited to be running my first half marathon soon, especially after my personal best 10K at Run Melbourne!
