Chris and Mick Jessop have been transforming peoples lives within the Vision Personal Training Community for the past 12 years. Chris and Michael have a passion for helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals, and have had great success in not only building great places for a result, but studios where you can really enjoy your exercise time. The Caringbah Studio has produced an enormous amount of health and fitness achievements, helping create a community of people leading happier and healthier lives.
