I was training hard but not getting anywhere due to bad diet

 

At first it was hard to keep up with right food choices but once I started to see results it makes me motivated to keep going along with my trainer Josh's guidance and knowledge.

 

I set a small goal and ended up losing 9kg's of fat. I am now working towards building lean muscle for football.

 

I recommend Vision Personal Training to anyone and everyone. It's definitely worth it and I have never regretted my decision to join.
