We all lead very busy lives and like many I genuinely hadn't noticed the gradual decline in my health over the years. I didn't think I was a particularly bad eater and I still managed to run around the cricket field with my boys on a Saturday but I knew it was getting harder and when I saw the photo of myself above on the left, it hit home as to why.

I was recommended Vision Personal Training by my Doctor as I have multiple sclerosis and fighting fatigue was a challenge. From the moment I stepped in the door I felt welcomed and comfortable. The team at Vision are like family, they are incredibly supportive and genuine. They offer guidance on exercise, nutrition and emotions, but what I really like is that they don't make it so hard that you lose enthusiasm, they work with you to get the results you want at a pace you are comfortable with. They tweaked my food consumption, introduced weekly weight sessions and some cardio. I lost 23 kilos, am much quicker around the cricket field and have even run a half marathon. My Personal Trainer has been there to support and guide me (and occasionally push me) and I have become fitter and healthier for the long term.

My wife was convinced to come to Vision after seeing my success and now we both thoroughly enjoy our time at the Studio. It has even given us something else in common and being a part of the Vision family has become an important part of our lives.
