I started with Vision Crows Nest in January 2018 and just over a year later time has flown by.
My specific intention upon starting was to improve my fitness level and lose a bit of weight that I just didn't seem to be able to shift, particularly with my 60th birthday on the horizon.
To Vision's credit they made me more aware that both diet and exercise were crucial to achieving my goals. I always knew nutrition played a role in my weight but now knowing and experiencing that 70% of the results actually come from nutrition has been enlightening. The nutrition sessions early in the program and the ongoing support and coaching in this area from my Personal Trainer helped set me up for success and the exercise was the icing on the (metaphoric) cake.
I have immensely enjoyed having a PT, Robbie has been a fantastic trainer, educator and motivator. Plus, Vision's idea of group training, which makes the exercises a lot more fun have made it more enjoyable to attend the studio so regularly and frequently.
I can proudly say by the time my 60th came around I had not only achieved my initial goals, but I had managed to shed over 18 kg, and I feel so much more energetic and productive.
