Chris joined Vision in October 2016. Having had no prior training experience, he set a very low weight loss goal of losing 3.5kgs in the first 9 weeks. Fast track 9 weeks and he has loss a whooping 9kgs in the first 9 weeks.
Even though he wasn't confident that he could lose that much weight and struggled during the weight sessions, what he did do very well was follow the nutrition plan set for him perfectly. The amount of cardio he does is restricted due to having knee pain, his nutrition is so good that he was still able to lose a kilo a week.
People tend to think you have to give up everything to lose weight, Chris still enjoys going out once in a while and is still be able to lose weight. It's all about balance. We can't wait to see what Chris can achieve in his fitness journey, with his attitude the sky is the limit.
