My weight has fluctuated in the past few years due to bad habits
and not being in control of my life. I had tried going to the gym,
some boot camp and other classes, all of which would last
temporarily. I joined Vision because I was not happy with myself
particularly my health and fitness levels and desperately wanted to
do something about it.
During my time at Vision the results i have achieved are, Weight
loss, improved fitness levels and I have started to realise how
energetic and stress-free I feel on a daily basis by learning
better eating and fitness habits.
Realising how unfit I had become was a huge wakeup call and I
initially struggled coming in regularly for sessions. Another big
challenge for me was being more organised with my meals and just
being more conscious about the choices I was making with
food.
I was really nervous when I first decided to join Vision
however from the first day all the PT's have been so friendly and
welcoming. Having someone holding me accountable was really helpful
with keeping me on track with my food diary and exercise. My PT,
Nobby has been very supportive and encouraging which made it easier
for me to stay committed to reaching my goals.
Joining Vision has definitely been one of my best decisions
this year and would recommend it to others.
