Adrienne started at Vision after the birth of her second child, knowing that she wanted to shed her baby weight, and to also not hear the words "are you pregnant" or "congratulations - how many months along are you" 10 months after her son had been born!
It did take some time for Adrienne to find her version of lifestyle change, seeing other clients hit their targets kept her motivated - but not until she discovered the benefits (not necessarily the love) of running, did she find her own path, and off she went. It was a case of the chicken before the egg - first came exercise, then came the understanding of how much running it took to burn off bad food choices. Adrienne put time into understanding the importance on planning meals and also how to have a great social life, which is so important to her - and still work towards her ultimately body goal.
In 2020 Adrienne can now look forward to learning how to maintain her amazing body transformation, and doing what she originally believed was never ever a possibility - completing her first half Marathon!
