What a great success story!
Liz has now lost over 13kgs with Vision Persona; Training and has completed countless running events including 4 Half Marathons in 2016. She has now set her sights on the Australian Running Festival Marathon in Canberra and we have no doubt she'll knock it out of the park.
She has shown discipline and commitment to each and every training plan she has created with her Trainer. Liz makes sure that her lifestyle suits her health and fitness goals. An example might be ensuring that her pantry is stocked with great food so that the majority of her week is filled with a variety of good foods and then being a little more conscious about food choices when out with friends so that she has a good balance.
When asked about her secret to achieving goal after goal, Liz said that she likes to ensure that she set's realistic small goals every week so that she can break down huge goals into manageable chunks. That's why a good training plan makes such a difference in her preparation.
