Eva is now a healthy, happy, mother of 2 but that's not how she walked through the doors at Vision Personal Training Drummoyne. In this short interview Eva explains the impact Vision has had on her life and how she's changed for the better.
What was the state of your health and fitness when you started and what affect was this having on your life?
When I was studying at Uni, I worked part time at the University Gym as an Aerobics/Gym instructor so was very active. Twenty-five years and 2 children later, I had lost my tone, tired and stressed from trying to maintain a work/life balance. I was finding it hard to keep up with the kids, who are both very active!
What did you find was the most useful tool at Vision?
Setting goals regularly and being monitored and accountable for them has helped me keep on track. Having Daniel question me and push me during our training sessions was something that I needed to help motivate me. Vision Virtual Training (VVT) has been one of the online tools at Vision which I use regularly. I was able to monitor my macros for each meal and to see how well I was tracking with my weekly training goals. It provides access to lots of great recipes and articles.
What impact has your new health and fitness had on your new life?
I am more energetic and have even started running! Something that I thought I would never do and I have now completed 2 x 10km running events. My next major goal is to complete the Oxfam Trailwalker 100km in ~30hrs.
If you were to recommend Vision Personal Training Drummoyne to your friends, what would you say?
