After 2 years of trying to lose 6kg of post-pregnancy weight I knew I would never shift it alone. I didn't call Vision, I drove straight there before I could change my mind and I'm so glad I did!
After 6 months I had lost 8kg or 12% body fat and 2 dress sizes. Two years on I've managed to easily maintain that weight loss, I'm stronger and fitter, I've got muscles I never even knew I had, I can proudly do 20 press ups (well, on a good day!), I've finally run the bay without stopping and I've introduced 8 friends to Vision who all now have their own success stories to tell!
Training is only part of the picture. For me, grasping the nutrition which, by the way, is simple and doesn't require any fad diets or time consuming, complex recipes was a huge part of my success. You can eat to lose weight without being hungry and that's why Vision works long term.
My trainer Marcus trained me to success but, more importantly, gave me the self-confidence to believe I could achieve my goals so I took accountability for my progress. He has become a mentor and a friend, he has embraced my family and works around my crazy schedule!
