My journey at Vision Engadine began after moving homes before the arrival of my first child. With all the changes I was faced with, I found that I had become inconsistent and complacent in terms of my training and nutrition. The time had come to get my act together, and by the time the Weight Loss Challenge came around I found myself ready to improve my exercise routine and clean up my eating habits.
I started the challenge determined to get results, with my main aim to reduce my body fat percentage. I found the Weight Loss Challenge pretty tough while juggling my new role as a parent, with work responsibilities and training commitments. However, I was stricter than ever before with my diet, and maintained focus in the Studio with encouragement and support from my champion Personal Trainer.
I definitely couldn't have done it without my beautiful wife's support, who planned and cooked me nutritious meals most of the time.
